The Graphic Design program at Eastland Career Center is hosting the FOURTH annual Visual Arts Student Contest & Exhibit (VASCE) this school year, 2024-2025. All 7th through 10th grade students enrolled in associate schools of Eastland Career Center are eligible to participate in the contest. Students may enter once in each of the three contest categories which include: traditional art, digital art, digital photography. Click here to read the full contest rules.
Categories (3): Traditional Art & Illustration • Computer Art & Illustration • Digital Photography
Divisions (2): Submissions in each category will be grouped into two divisions: 7th-8th Grade division and 9th-10th Grade division.
Prizes: Contest finalists will receive one of the following:
- Best of Show (top award) will be awarded in each category (total of 3 awards).
- 1st and 2nd Place will be awarded in each category in each division (total of 12 awards).
- T-shirts will be given to the top 10 entries per category (total of 30 t-shirts). Only one t-shirt per entrant.
